参与程序 Participation Procedures
1.请填写《参展申请表》并加盖公司公章，负责人签名后传真或电子邮件至组委会。
Please fill up the fm of Application Contract with company seal signature of responsible officer, then fax e-mail it to the ganizing committee.
2.报名经组委会确认后，请在5天内将全部款项电汇至指定账户，并将现金汇款单传真至组委会核对。
After your application has been confirmed by the ganizing committee, please send full payment to the appointed account by T/T within 5 days, then fax your cash remittance to the Organizing Committee f check.
3.组委会收到您的全额付款后，将邮寄发票和《展会指南》给您。
After receiving your full payment, the Organizing Committee will mail you invoice Exhibition Guide.
4.展位安排:主办单位将按先申请先得原则分配展位。为保证整个展会效果，主办单位保留对部分展位进行搬迁的权利。
Exhibit Space Arrangement: The ganizer will assign booths on a basis of “first applied, first served”. The ganizer keeps the rights f relocating a few booths f the whole exhibition effects.

◆ We can transact exhibits transptation customs clearance, introduce favable hotels, tourism route, reserve international air/train tickets in advance f exhibits.
◆ We can provide free exhibition tickets to exhibits f them inviting clients.
◆ Exhibits who need water, power, compressed air f exhibits demonstrating should apply one month befe exhibition.
